Abstract

Serang City Highway is a class 2 primary collector provincial highway. The function of this road is very crucial because this road is one of the main roads in Banten Province. However, in addition to its very crucial function, traffic on the Serang City Highway often occurs congestion and accidents. With the correct application of traffic signs, it can provide guarantees for vehicle drivers to avoid unwanted things, namely accidents, wrong roads, violating traffic or something else. In the preparation of this final project, the author discusses the road signs on the Serang City road section on Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani, while the evaluation that the author uses is in technical terms, namely based on stop visibility according to PERMENHUB No. 13 of 2014 and also based on the design criteria. The purpose of this study is to find out the number of traffic signs and road markings on the attack city section of Jl. Veteran - Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani which is in accordance with PERMENHUB No. 13 of 2014 and PERMENHUB No. 67 of 2018 and find out the location of the preliminary signs of the department instructions are in accordance with the analysis of stop visibility according to PERMENHUB No. 13 of 2014. The results of the analysis of the suitability of traffic signs according to regulations from a total of 78 signs on the Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani section, there are 23 signs that are not in accordance with the regulations or around 29.49% and 55 signs that are in accordance with the regulations or around 70.51% that have been in accordance with PERMENHUB regulation No. 13 of 2014 and there are 11 markings that are not in accordance with or 45.83% and 13 markings or 54.17% which are in accordance with PERMENHUB regulation No.67 of 2018. The results of the analysis of the location of the predecessor signs of the department's instructions on Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani and the opposite direction that have met the analysis of stop visibility as many as 3 signs or 50.00% of the 6 observed signs and there are signs that are not in accordance with the analysis of stop visibility as many as 3 signs or 50.00%. Thus, for the analysis of stop visibility according to PERMENHUB No.67 of 2018, the maximum distance of rpj placement is 50 meters. Fungsi jalan ini sangat krusial karena jalan ini adalah salah satu jalan utama diProvisi Banten. Namun disamping fungsinya yang sangat krusial, lalu lintas di Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani Kota Serang seringkali terjadi kemacetan dan kecelakaan. Dengan penerapan rambu – rambu lalu lintas yang benar maka dapat memberikan jaminan bagi pengemudi kendaraan untuk terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan yaitu kecelakaan, salah jalan, melanggar lalu lintas atau yang lainnya. Pada penyusunan tugas akhir ini penulis membahas tentang rambu petunjuk jalan yang ada pada ruas jalan Kota Serang di Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani, sedangkan evaluasi yang penulis gunakan adalah dalam segi teknis yaitu berdasarkan jarak pandang henti menurut PERMENHUB No. 13 Tahun 2014 dan juga berdasarkan desain kriteria. Tujuan Pada penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui jumlah rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan pada kota serang ruas Jl. Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani yang sesuai dengan PERMENHUB No. 13 Tahun 2014 dan PERMENHUB No. 67 Tahun 2018 dan mengetahui letak rambu pendahulu petunjuk jurusan sudah sesuai terhadap analisa jarak pandang henti menurut PERMENHUB No. 13 Tahun 2014. Hasil analisis tentang kesesuaian rambu lalu lintas menurut peraturan dari total 78 rambu pada ruas Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani terdapat 23 rambu yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan atau sekitar 29,49% dan 55 rambu yang sudah sesuai peraturan atau sekitar 70,51% yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan PERMENHUB No. 13 Tahun 2014 dan terdapat 11 marka yang tidak sesuai atau 45,83% dan 13 marka atau 54,17% yang telah sesuai peraturan PERMENHUB No.67 Tahun 2018. Hasil analisis letak rambu pendahulu petunjuk jurusan di Jl.Veteran – Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani maupun arah sebaliknya yang sudah memenuhi analisa jarak pandang henti sebanyak 3 rambu atau 50,00% dari 6 rambu yang diamati dan terdapat rambu yang belum sesuai dengan analisa jarak pandang henti sebanyak 3 rambu atau 50,00%. Dengan demikian untuk analisis jarak pandang henti menurut PERMENHUB No.67 Tahun 2018 jarak maksimum penempatan RPJ 50 meter.
