Abstract
Plastic is a material that has a lower crystallization rate than fibers and can be melted or shaped. The objectives of the study are as follows: To determine the effect of temperature variations on hammer products resulting from the plastic waste treatment process by injection molding in PET plastic and PP plastic variants. Obtain the mechanical test values and physical characteristics between PET plastic and PP plastic. The research method used is experimental. The results were obtained as follows: the max load of pure PP plastic is 455.76 N, the tensile stress is 7.17 MPa, the handle is 12% and the modulus of elasticity is 59.98 MPa. Pure PET has a max load of 398.26 N, tensile strength of 8.11 MPa, strain of 11.33% and modulus of elasticity of 74.76. PP and PET 200°C get a max load value of 372.16, tensile stress of 12.40 MPa, strain of 9.33% and modulus of elasticity of 122.17 MPa. PP and PET 250°C max load 398.67 N, tensile tensile strength 13.29 MPa, strain 12% and modulus elasticity 61.36MPa.

Additional Information: | Plastik merupakan bahan yang memiliki tingkat kristalisasi lebih rendah dibandingkan serat dan dapat dilelehkan atau dibentuk. Tujuan penelitian sebagai berikut : Mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur terhadap produk palu hasil proses pengolahan limbah plastik dengan injection molding pada varian plastik PET dan plastik PP. Mendapatkan nilai uji mekanik dan karakteristik fisik antara plastik PET dan plastik PP. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen. Mendapatkan data hasil yaitu : beban max plastik PP murni sebesar 455,76 N, Tegangan tarik bernilai 7,17 MPa, regagang sebesar 12% dan modulus elastisitas 59,98 MPa. PET Murni beban max sebesar 398,26 N, Tegangan tarik senilai 8,11 MPa, regangan sebesar 11.33% dan modulus elastisitas sebesar 74,76. PP dan PET 200°C mendapatkan nilai beban max sebesar 372,16, tegangan tarik 12,40 MPa, Regangan 9,33% dan modulus elastisitas 122,17 MPa. PP dan PET 250°C beban max 398,67 N, tegangan tarik 13,29 MPa, regangan 12% dan modulus elastisitas 105,44. PP dan PET 300°C mendapatkan beban max 357, 26 N, tegangan tarik 2,87 MPa, regangan 8%, modulus elastisitas 61,36MPa. | |||||||||
