Abstract

This writing aims to find out the application of SICEPOT in the acceptance of rural and urban land and building taxes in the Regional Tax Unit of Region III of Tanggerang Regency. Management of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes improves aspects of transparency and accountability in its management. UPT Pajak Daerah Wilayah III Kabupaten Tanggerang made efforts with the SICEPOT application review. This writing uses descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The object of writing is the Regional Taxation Unit Region III, Rajeg Sub-district office, Tanggerang Regency, Banten on the service staff. The results show that the SICEPOT application can make SPPT and make electronic payments independently. after the implementation of the SICEPOT application, PBB-P2 revenue has increased more consistently every year. SICEPOT application users in Tanggerang Regency have made it easier for taxpayers to take care of PBB-P2 payments, but there are several obstacles such as internet access problems, a less intuitive interface and a lack of information for taxpayers. UPT makes efforts by conducting training and socialization of various media.
