Abstract

UMKM have become an important part of the Indonesian economic system because they have advantages compared to large businesses, have more business units, and can absorb more labor. As of July 15 2023, UMKM currently number 64.2 million and contribute to GDP of 61,07%, with a total value of 8,573.89 trillion rupiah. Even though UMKM are small-scale businesses, they still have to have a halal label because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Halal labels are very important for manufacturers to let customers know that their products are halal. Apart from the halal label, product quality can influence customers' decisions to buy and repurchase decisions. The quality of the products offered by sellers to buyers must be the best they. Lumpiabeef.pdg UMK business has a good reputation for its products. Because the packaging used is quite attractive and easy to use. Apart from the halal label and product quality, customers' decisions to buy or even re-buy are also influenced by service quality. The quality of service provided to customers, makes customers feel comfortable when buying the product. This research is a type of quantitative research. In this research, the Statistical Program for Social Science 25 was used to analyze the data. This research aims to determine the effect of halal labeling, product quality and service quality on repeat purchases of UMK lumpiabeef.pdg food products in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this research show that Halal Labeling, Product Quality and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Repurchases of halal food Lumpiabeef.pdg Keywords : Product Quality, Service Quality, Halal Labeling, Repurchase, UMKM

Additional Information: Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi bagian penting dari sistem perekonomian Indonesia karena mereka memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan usaha besar, memiliki lebih banyak unit usaha, dan dapat menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja, per 15 juli 2023 UMKM saat ini sebesar 64,2 juta dan berkontribusi terhadap PDB sebesar 61,07%, dengan nilai total 8.573,89 triliun rupiah. Meskipun UMKM adalah usaha berskala kecil, mereka tetap harus memiliki label halal karena mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama muslim. Label halal sangat penting bagi produsen untuk memberi tahu pelanggan bahwa produk mereka halal. Selain label halal, kualitas produk dapat memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli dan memutuskan membeli ulang. Kualitas produk yang ditawarkan penjual kepada pembeli pastilah yang terbaik yang mereka miliki. Usaha UMKM Lumpiabeef.pdg memiliki reputasi yang baik untuk produknya. Karena packaging yang digunakan cukup menarik dan mudah digunakan. Selain label halal dan kualitas produk, keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli bahkan membeli ulang juga dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, apakah membuat pelanggan merasa nyaman saat membeli produknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitaitif. Dalam penelitian ini, Statistical Program for Social Science 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh labelisasi halal, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pembelian ulang produk makanan umk lumpiabeef.pdg di kabupaten pandeglang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Labelisasi Halal, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Ulang produk makanan halal Lumpiabeef,pdg Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Labelisasi Halal, Pembelian Ulang, UMKM.
