Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of business strategy on company performance with the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and organizational capabilities as intervening variables. The data used in this research was obtained from Manufacturing Companies in Cilegon City. Of the 100 questionnaires distributed, the number of questionnaires returned and able to be processed was 55 questionnaires (55%). Data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart Partial Least Square 3 (SmartPLS 3) software program. The sample in this study was middle level managers. This research uses a survei research method with primary data collection using an online questionnaire. The results of the research show that Business Strategy has an effect on Company Performance, Business Strategy has an effect on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Strategy has an effect on Organizational Capabilities, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has no effect on Company Performance, Organizational Capabilities have an effect on Company Performance, Business Strategy has no effect on Company Performance through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Strategy has an effect on Company Performance through Organizational Capabilities.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Strategi Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan Kapabilitas Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Cilegon. Dari 100 kuesioner yang disebarkan, jumlah kuesioner kembali dan dapat diolah adalah 55 kuesioner (55%). Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program software Smart Partial Least Square 3 (SmartPLS 3). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah manajer tingkat menengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pengumpulan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Kapabilitas Organisasi, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Kapabilitas Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Strategi Bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan Strategi Bisnis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui Kapabilitas Organisasi. | ||||||
