Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of sales promotion strategies at PT Tunas Toyota Serang. The researcher employed a qualitative method, using both primary and secondary data. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation of secondary data. The research findings indicate that PT Tunas Toyota Serang implements various types of sales promotion strategies such as discounts, bonuses, and free trials. Sales promotion tools utilized include demonstrations, exhibitions, contests, and lotteries. To assist customers in the car purchasing process, PT Tunas Toyota Serang offers various promotional programs and services. Through research, understanding the purchasing process, and negotiating wisely, customers can have a pleasant experience when buying a car at PT Tunas Toyota Serang..

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi promosi penjualan pada PT Tunas Toyota Serang. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, jenis data data primer dan data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah obeservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi promosi penjualan PT. Tunas Toyota Serang melakukan berbagai macam jenis promosi penjualan berupa diskon, bonus, free trial. Dan alat promosi penjualan berupa demontrasi, pameran, kontes, dan undian. Untuk membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembelian mobil, PT Tunas Toyota Serang menawarkan berbagai macam program promosi dan layanan. Dengan melakukan riset, memahami proses pembelian, dan menawar dengan bijak, pelanggan dapat memiliki pengalaman yang menyenangkan saat membeli mobil di PT Tunas Toyota Serang.
