Department of Teacher Education Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD). Faculty of Teacher Training and Education High interpersonal intelligence can help the child to overcome all feelings of anger, pleasure, sadness, enthusiasm, etc., and the child can better understand and follow the rules in the game, be cooperative, polite and discipline. Interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD negeri Terpadu Syeh Malka still low, this is because there are still children who do not understand the rules and be disciplined, so that the learning process can not run optimally. So needed the use of learning media that can be interesting and fun for children, one of them using traditional games. Traditional game is one of the media applied by researchers in improving interpersonal intelligence. The method used in this research is action research, action designed in repetitive cycle, in this research consist of two cycles. In the first cycle of 8 times action and cycle II as much as 2 times action, with success criteria reached 75%. The subject of this research is in the PAUD negeri Terpadu Syeh Malka amounted to 13 children of group B consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys. In each cycle consists of 4 stages of planning, action, embedding and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation, field notes, interview notes and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Initial stages are given in the learning process by designing RPPH and applying traditional games in the learning process. In the core activities is done by giving action through traditional games and make observations in each cycle. Based on the results of research that interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years through traditional games with the results of this study note that at the beginning of 26% then in the first cycle increased to 58%, and in the second cycle had a significant increase reached 86% and experienced Success on targeted indicators. Based on the results of data that have been obtained, it can be concluded that by using traditional games in learning activities, can improve the interpersonal intelligence of children group B PAUD Negeri Terpadu Syeh Malka Cibadak Lebak-Banten.
