Abstract
In project management, it is necessary to pay attention to project management, especially in analyzing costs and analyzing project implementation time, so that efficient and effective financing and project implementation time are achieved. This research aims to analyze the time costs of wall installation work at the Depok Railway Crew Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Office. This research uses the critical path method (CPM) for scheduling which uses a work network diagram to describe the sequence of activities or activities required in project implementation, so that work paths can be identified which are included in the critical path or critical path. And crashing was also carried out on the project duration. In this research, the results showed that the crashing duration was originally 68 days to 64 days. There was also an increase in costs from normal costs of IDR 169,332,800.00 which increased according to the method used. The following are the cost increases obtained, including: additional labor with a total cost of IDR 178,110,200.00, additional 1 hour of work with a total cost of IDR 186,527,750.00, additional 3 hours of work with a total cost of IDR 265,065,750.00, additional labor and 1 hour of overtime work with a total cost Rp. 207,154,862.50. | Additional Information: | Dalam pengelolaan proyek perlu diperhatikan pengelolaan manajemen proyek terutama dalam menganalisis biaya dan menganalisis waktu pelaksanaan proyek, sehingga tercapainya pembiayaan dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek yang efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Biaya Waktu Pekerjaan Pemasangan Dinding Pada Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Crew Kereta Api Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode critical path method (CPM) untuk penjadwalan yang menggunakan diagram jaringan kerja untuk menggambarkan urutan kegiatan atau aktivitas yang diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan proyek, sehingga bisa diketahui lintasan kerja yang termasuk dalam lintasan kritis atau jalur kritis. Dan dilakukan juga crashing terhadap durasi proyek. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil crashing durasi yang semula 68 hari menjadi 64 hari, didapatkan juga peningkatan biaya dari biaya normal sebesar Rp169,332,800.00 yang meningkat sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan. Berikut ini peningkatan biaya yang didapatkan, diantaranya: penambahan tenaga kerja dengan total biaya Rp178,110,200.00 penambahan 1 jam kerja dengan total biaya Rp186,527,750.00, penambahan 3 jam kerja dengan total biaya Rp265,065,750.00, penambahan tenaga kerja dan 1 jam kerja lembur dengan total biaya Rp207,154,862.50.
