Abstract
This study aims to determine the moderating role of Work Ethics (Z) on the relationship between the Level of Discipline (X) and the Performance of Civil Servants (Y) at the Office of the Regional Human Resources Development Agency for Banten Province (BPSDMD Prov. Banten). The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 81 civil servants. The sample used in this study was the entire research population using a census sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that; (1) The level of Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work Ethics weakens the relationship between the level of discipline and employee performance. Keywords: Discipline Level, Employee Performance, Work Ethics

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran moderasi Etika Kerja (Z) terhadap hubungan Tingkat Disiplin (X) dengan Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Banten (BPSDMD Prov. Banten). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Tingkat Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Etika Kerja memperlemah hubungan tingkat disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
