Responsivitas Gender pada Fasilitas Umum merupakan gambaran atau kondisi suatu fasilitas umum yang sudah responsif dengan kebutuhan kelompok gender (laki-laki, perempuan, lansia, anak-anak dan difabel), salah satunya pada Stasiun Kereta Api. Permasalahannya dikarenakan masih terbatasnya fasilitas yang responsif gender di stasiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Responsivitas Gender pada Fasilitas Umum Stasiun Kereta Api Rangkasbitung. Teori yang digunakan adalah responsivitas gender pada infrastruktur menurut Puslitbang Sosekling (2013). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Neuman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan jawaban responden responsivitas gender secara umum sudah berada di tingkat responsif, namun masih ada beberapa kebutuhan kelompok gender yang masih belum terpenuhi. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu pemenuhan kebutuhan dapat dipenuhi dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan kelompok gender dengan pembangunan fasilitas di stasiun, mulai dari desain bangunan sampai pada pemanfaatannya. Kata Kunci: Responsivitas Gender, Fasilitas Umum, Stasiun Kereta Api.

Gender Responsiveness on Public Facility is a description or condition of a public facility that has been responsive to the needs of gender groups (men, women, the elderly, children and disabled), one of them is Railways Station. The problem was because there are still limited gender responsive facility at the station. This research aims to determine the level of Gender Responsiveness on Public Facility of Rangkasbitung Railways Station. The theory used gender responsiveness in infrastructure according to the Environmental Socio-Economic Research Center (2013). The method used quantitative with a descriptive approach. The techniques of data collection used observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation and literature study. The data analysis used the Neuman model. The results of the study showed that based on the answers of respondents, gender responsiveness in general has been at a responsive level, but there are still some needs for gender groups that are still not fulfilled. Suggestion that can be given is the fulfillment of the needs can be fulfilled by adjusting the needs of the gender group with the construction of facilities at the station, from the design of the building to its utilization.
