Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process and the influence of training on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Shinta Woo Sung Textile Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 73 employees at PT Shinta Woo Sung Textile Indonesia. This research sample uses the entire research population using a census sample. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS.30 (Smart Partias Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) The t-count < t-table or (0.562 < 1.96) with a significance value of 0.574 > 0.05. This proves that the effectiveness of the recruitment process has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. (2) The t-count < ttable or (1,789 < 1.96) with a significance value of 0.074 > 0.05. This proves that training has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. 3) The t-count > t-table or (3.517 > 1.96) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This proves that the effectiveness of the recruitment process has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) The t-count > t-table or (3,370 > 1.96) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This proves that training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) The t-count > t-table or (3.205 > 1.96) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (6) The t-count > t-table or (2,344 > 1.96) with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. This proves that the influence of recruitment on employee performance through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (7) The t-count > ttable or (2,349 > 1.96) with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. This proves that there is a Positive and Significant Influence. Training mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Shinta Woo Sung Textile Indonesia.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 orang karyawan di PT Shinta Woo Sung Textile Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sample sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS.30 (Smart Partias Least Square). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Besar t-hitung < t-tabel atau (0,562 < 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,574 > 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Efektivitas Proses Rekrutmen Berpengaruh Negatif dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Besar t-hitung < t-tabel atau (1.789 < 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,074 > 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) Besar t-hitung > t-tabel atau (3,517 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Efektivitas Proses Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Besar t-hitung > t-tabel atau (3.370 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Besar t-hitung > t-tabel atau (3,205 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) Besar t�hitung > t-tabel atau (2.344 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,019 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (7) Besar t-hitung > t-tabel atau (2.349 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,019 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan. Pelatihan memediasi hubungan antara Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
