Abstract

Campus E Sindangsari as the main campus of Untirta which is located in Sindangsari Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency has various faculties and study programs, the large number of faculties and study programs on the E Sindangsari campus will certainly increase the number of students accepted, the number of lecturers teaching will increase in number, and the number of campus staff needed will also increase. With such a large population, interactions that occur between students, lecturers and staff with the Sindangsari campus require travel which will result in a fairly large movement or number of people moving. This will potentially cause traffic jams to the Sindangsari campus. So it is necessary to analyze the movement attraction model on the E Sindangsari campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Primary data collection was carried out by survey directly by researchers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistics Program for Special Science) software. In analyzing the data, several stages of statistical testing must be carried out so that the resulting movement generation model can later be expressed. The research results show that the characteristics of travel time to campus is dominated by 08.00–10.00, the time to leave campus is dominated by 16.00–18.00, monthly income is dominated by <500 thousand, the type of vehicle ownership is dominated by motorbikes, the choice of mode to campus is dominated by motorbikes, reasons the choice of mode is dominated by travel time, the average travel time is dominated by 15-30 minutes, the average travel cost is dominated by 10,000-20,000, the travel distance to campus is dominated by 1-10 km, the number of times to campus in a week is dominated by 3-4 times , the average length of time on campus is predominantly >8 hours. The attraction of moving to the E Sindangsari campus of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is influenced by several factors, namely the number of students at the E Sindangsari Untirta campus, class size, and number of vehicle owners. And the results of the model analysis show that the traction model for vehicle movement towards campus which can describe the actual situation is the model Y = 2.545 + 0.010X1 + 2.012X5 with an R2 (R square) value of 0.780 which is categorized as sufficient, which shows that 78% of the The attraction of movement can be explained or influenced by the variables number of students and number of vehicle owners, while the remaining 22% is influenced by other causes outside the model.

Additional Information: Kampus E Sindangsari sebagai kampus utama Untirta yang terletak di Desa Sindangsari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, Kabupaten serang memiliki beragam fakultas dan program studi, banyaknya fakultas dan program studi di kampus E Sindangsari ini tentu akan meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa yang diterima, jumlah dosen yang mengajar akan menigkat jumlahnya, serta jumlah staff kampus yang dibutuhkan akan meningkat pula. Dengan jumlah populasi yang begitu besar, interaksi yang terjadi antara mahasiswa, dosen dan staff dengan kampus Sindangsari memerlukan perjalanan yang akan menghasilkan tarikan pergerakan atau jumlah pergerakan orang yang cukup besar. Hal tersebut akan berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan arus lalu lintas menuju kampus Sindangsari. sehingga perlu dianalisis mengenai model tarikan pergerakan pada kampus E Sindangsari Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan cara survey secara langsung oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistic Program for Special Science). Dalam menganalisis data beberapa tahapan uji statistik harus dilakukan agar model bangkitan pergerakan yang dihasilkan nantinya dinyatakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakteristik perjalanan waktu menuju kampus didominasi pada pukul 08.00–10.00, waktu meninggalkan kampus didominasi pada pukul 16.00–18.00, pendapatan perbulan didominasi oleh <500 rb, jenis kepemilikan kendaraan didominasi oleh speda motor, pemilihan moda ke kampus didominasi speda motor, alasan pemilihan moda didominasi waktu tempuh, rata-rata waktu tempuh perjalanan didominasi 15–30 menit, rata-rata biaya perjalanan didominasi 10.000-20.000, jarak tempuh perjalanan ke kampus didominasi 1–10 km, berapa kali ke kampus dalam seminggu didominasi 3 – 4 kali, rata – rata lama berada di kampus didominasi >8jam. Tarikan peregrakan pada kampus E Sindangsari Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu Jumlah mahasiswa kampus E Sindangsari Untirta, luas kelas, dan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan. Dan hasil dari analisis model menunjukkan bahwa model tarikan pergerakan kendaraan menuju kampus yang dapat menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya adalah model Y = 2,545 + 0,010X1 + 2,012X5 dengan nilai R2 (R square) sebesar 0,780 yang dikategorikan cukup, dimana hal ini menunjukan bahwa 78% jumlah tarikan pergerakan dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel jumlah mahasiswa dan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan, sedangkan sisanya 22% dipengaruhi oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model.
