Abstract

Appendicitis is one of the most common causes of acute abdominal pain and requires immediate surgery. If appendicitis is not treated properly, it will cause the appendix to burst. Acute appendicitis can be treated with conservative therapy using antibiotics. Meanwhile, appendicitis accompanied by complications, especially perforation, requires immediate appendectomy. the action of the appendix patient by surgery or what is called an appendectomy, appendectomy is surgery to remove the appendix, surgery is indicated when the diagnosis of appendicitis has been established. This is done as soon as possible to reduce the risk of perforation. As a result of the surgery, wounds and pain occur so that the patient is lazy to move, many surgical wounds experience delays in healing. This case study plan will be carried out in the Melati Room 1 RSUD dr.Drajat Prawiranegara Serang involving 2 post-operative appendectomy patients. Method: Using case study method. Research Objectives: The purpose of this case study is to determine the description of nursing care for impaired physical mobility by practicing early mobilization in post-operative appendectomy patients. Results: the results of this case study were obtained in both patients, namely the patient experienced an increase in early mobilization, decreased the intensity of the pain scale with mild pain results, vital signs were within normal ranges, the patient's expression seemed calm and relaxed. Conclusion: Early mobilization of post- operative appendectomy patients is an action to accelerate post-operative patient recovery and maintain independence after appendectomy surgery.

Additional Information:	Appendisitis adalah salah satu penyebab nyeri abdomen akut yang paling sering ditemukan dan membutuhkan pembedahan dengan segera. Apabila appendisitis tidak ditangani dengan baik, maka akan menyebabkan pecahnya usus buntu. Apendisitis akut dapat diatasi dengan pemberian terapi konservatif dengan menggunakan antibiotik. Sedangkan apendisitis yang disertai adanya komplikasi, terutama perforasi, membutuhkan tindakan apendektomi segera. tindakan pasien apendiks dengan cara pembedahan atau yang disebut appendectomy, appendiktomi yaitu pembedahan untuk mengangkat apendiks, pembedahan di indikasikan bila diagnosa apendicitis telah ditegakkan. Hal ini dilakukan sesegera mungkin untuk menurunkan resiko perforasi. Akibat dari tindakan pembedahan terjadi luka dan nyeri sehingga membuat pasien malas bergerak banyak luka operasi yang mengalami keterlambatan penyembuhan. Rencana studi kasus ini akan dilakukan diruang Melati 1 RSUD dr.Drajat Prawiranegara Serang dengan melibatkan 2 pasien post operasi appendiktomi. Metode: Menggunakan metode studi kasus. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik dengan tindakan melatih mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi apendiktomi. Hasil: hasil studi kasus ini didapat pada kedua pasien yaitu pasien mengalami peningkatan dalam melakukan mobilisasi dini, penurunan intensitas skala nyeri dengan hasil nyeri ringan, tanda- tanda vital dalam rentang normal, ekspresi pasien tampak tenang dan rileks. Kesimpulan: Mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi appendiktomi merupakan suatu tindakan untuk dapat mempercepat pemulihan pasien pasca operasi dan mempertahankan kemandirian pasca operasi appendiktomi.
