Abstract
Pembangunan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam kemajuan suatu daerah. Bukan hanya tugas pemerintah, namun peran masyarakat sipil juga diharapkan di dalamnya. Komunitas, institusi, dan lembaga di luar pemerintahan merupakan bagian dari masyarakat sipil. Salah satunya dapat dilihat dari peran yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Sanggar Wuni Kreasi sebagai sebuah komunitas yang bergerak dalam bidang sosial mmelalui kegiatan yang dikemas dalam bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dan menempatkan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama dalam proses pemberdayaan. Peran yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Sanggar Wuni Kreasi ini dengan tujuan untuk membangun kualitas masyarakat sekitar menjadi lebih baik melalui program pemberdayaan mereka. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji bagaimana “Analisis Peran Komunitas Sanggar Wuni Kreasi di Lingkungan Kubang Saron Kota Cilegon”. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teori peran menurut Sutarto, sebagai teori utama dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi peran yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Sanggar Wuni Kreasi dapat memberikan perubahan baru bagi komunitas Kubang Saron, walaupun secara keseluruhan belum dilaksanakan secara optimal dan menyeluruh.

| Additional Information: | Community development is one of the most important parts in the progress of a region. It is not only the task of the government, but the role of civil society is also expected in it. Communities, institutions, and institutions outside the government are part of civil society. One of them can be seen from the role played by the Sanggar Wuni Kreasi community as a community engaged in the social field through activities packaged in the form of community empowerment by utilizing existing resources and placing the community as the main actor in the empowerment process. The role played by the Sanggar Wuni Kreasi Community is aimed at building the quality of the surrounding community for the better through their empowerment program. So that the authors are interested in studying how " Analysis of the Role of the Sanggar Wuni Kreasi Community in Kubang Saron of Cilegon City ". In this study, the author uses the role theory according to Sutarto, as the main theory by using qualitative research methods and through a descriptive approach. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of the role carried out by the Sanggar Wuni Kreasi community can provide new changes for the Kubang Saron community, although overall it has not been implemented optimally and thoroughly. | |||||||||
