Abstract

This Paper study about implementation the program of training and productivity at manpower and transmigration office of Banten Province (Study on Entrepreneurship Training at D'taker Creative Center Workshop Province Banten). This study uses the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn in Subarsono (2005: 99) six variables: Standards and Policy Objectives, Resources, Inter-Organizational Communication Enforcement Activities, Characteristics of Implementation Agencies, Socio-economic and Political Conditions, and The Disposition of Implementers. The research method was used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research findings concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurship training in the D'taker Creative Center Workshop has been running quite well but not optimal yet because there are some problems that hamper the implementation of the Training such as the participant of the training in D'taker Creative Center is limited, the facilities and infrastructure provided by D'taker Creative Center is not enough, the Disnakertrans lack of socialization related to entrepreneurship training in D'taker Creative Center to Banten society, D'taker Creative Center has no special bureaucratic structure and there is no training evaluation.
