Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak; (2) pengaruh efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak; dan (3) pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A, B, dan C SMPN 1 Cipanas berjumlah 80 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel kompetensi profesional guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran, serta menggunakan teknik dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data nilai UAS semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas. Uji coba instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji instrumen dilakukan pada 30 orang siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas dengan hasil 36 butir pernyataan valid dan reliabilitas pada kategori tinggi untuk angket kompetensi profesional guru, dan 43 butir pernyataan valid dan reliabilitas pada kategori tinggi untuk angket efektivitas pembelajaran. Uji prasyarat analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Uji hipotesis terdiri dari analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda, sumbangan relatif, dan sumbangan efektif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak dengan rx1y=0,923 (kategori sangat kuat), r2=0,851, thitung=21,114, ttabel=1,991 dengan signifikansi 5%; (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak dengan rx2y=0,929 (kategori sangat kuat), r2=0,863, thitung=22,170, ttabel=1,991 dengan signifikansi 5%; (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi profesional guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cipanas Kab. Lebak dengan rx1x2y=0,93 (kategori sangat kuat), r2=0,86, Fhitung=238,88, Ftabel=1,991 dengan signifikansi 5%. Deskripsi angket variabel kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 83%, variabel efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar 77%, dan nilai UAS siswa sebesar 46%. Sumbangan relatif kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 31,29% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 26,91%. Sumbangan relatif efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar 68,71% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 59,09%.

| Additional Information: | This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of teacher professional competencies on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of class VIII Cipanas 1 Junior High School District. Lebak; (2) the effect of the effectiveness of learning on the learning outcomes of Indonesian eighth grade students of Cipanas 1 Public Middle School Lebak; and (3) the influence of teacher professional competencies and the effectiveness of learning on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of class VIII Cipanas 1 Public High School, Kab. Lebak. The subjects of this study were class VIII A, B, and C of Cipanas 1 Junior High School numbering 80 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or questionnaires that were used to obtain variable data on teacher professional competence and effectiveness of learning, as well as using documentation techniques to obtain odd semester UAS semester 2018/2019 academic year grade VIII data in SMP 1 Cipanas. Instrument testing consisted of validity and reliability tests. The instrument test was conducted on 30 class VIII Cipanas 1 Junior High School students with 36 valid and reliability statements in the high category for teacher professional competence questionnaires, and 43 valid and reliability statements in the high category for learning effectiveness questionnaires. The analysis prerequisite test consisted of a normality test and a linearity test. Hypothesis testing consists of simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, relative contributions, and effective contributions. The results of this study are (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's professional competence on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of class VIII of SMP 1 Cipanas, Kab. Lebak with rx1y = 0.923 (very strong category), r2 = 0.851, t count = 21.114, ttable = 1.991 with a significance of 5%; (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of learning on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class VIII of SMP 1 Cipanas, Kab. Lebak with rx2y = 0.929 (very strong category), r2 = 0.863, t count = 22.170, t table = 1.991 with significance 5%; and (3) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher professional competencies and the effectiveness of learning on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of class VIII of SMP 1 Cipanas, Kab. Lebak with rx1x2y = 0.93 (very strong category), r2 = 0.86, F count = 238.88, Ftable = 1.991 with a significance of 5%. The description of the questionnaire of teacher professional competence is 83%, the learning effectiveness variable is 77%, and the student UAS value is 46%. The relative contribution of teacher professional competence is 31.29% and effective contribution is 26.91%. The relative contribution of learning effectiveness was 68.71% and the effective contribution was 59.09%. | |||||||||
