Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi terjadinya beberapa anggota OSIS yang ingin membawa diri dan jika tidak sepaham, sedikit demi sedikit keluar dari keanggotaan OSIS. Dan terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang membolos dan tidak ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang diselenggarkan oleh OSIS, Lebih lanjut terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang memiliki sifat apatis terhadap upaya penyaluran aspirasi yang di sediakan OSIS melauli kotak saran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) bagaimana pembentukan nilai –nilai demokrasi dalam kegiatan osis di SMPN 1 Pandeglang. 2) kegiatan apa saja yang mendukung pembentukan nilai –nilai demokrasi di SMPN 1 Pandeglang. 3) apa saja Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membentukan nilai –nilai demokrasi di SMPN 1 Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai-nilai demokrasi dapat di bentuk melalui kegiatan OSIS (Organisasi Intra Sekolah) adapun nilai –nilai demokrasi yang berusaha di bentuk melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMPN 1 Pandeglang meliputi toleransi kebebasan berpendapat, menghormati perbedaan pendapat, memahami keanekaragaman, percaya diri, tidak ketergantungan terhadap oranglain, kegiatan yang dapat membentuk nilai-nilai demokrasi diantaranya yaitu melalui kegiatan rapat pengurus melalui kegiatan rapat peserta didik atau pengurus OSIS mampu membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pendapat,menghormati perbedaan pendapat, pemilihan ketua OSIS dapat membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pilihan atau pendapat, kepercayaan diri, memghormati orang lain, dan musyawarh besar dapat membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pendapat, menghormati perbedaan pendapat, faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan nilai –nilai demokrasi di SMPN 1 Pandeglang ialah pihak sekolah dan guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambat nya ialah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dalam faktor internal berkaitan dengan dana yang kurang menunjang untuk kegiatan –kegiatan, dan faktor eksternalnya ialah kurangnya dukungan dari orangtua kepada peserta didik dalam kegiatan OSIS.

And there are some students who Are truant and participated in activities organized by the student, Further There are some learners who has apathy toward channeling efforts provided the Student aspirations came suggestion box. This research aims to find out 1) how the establishment of value –the value of democracy in the activities of the student body in SMP 1 Pandeglang. 2) what activities support the creation of value –the value of democracy in SMP 1 Pandeglang.3) what are the Factors supporting it through a barrier and in value –the value of democracy in SMP 1 Pandeglang. Research methods used in this research is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research results showed that democratic values can be in the form through the activities of the student Organization (Intra School Organization) as for value –the value of democracy that seeks in shape through the activities OSIS on SMP 1 Pandeglang include freedom of speech, tolerance respect differences of opinion, to understand the diversity and rich, confident, not dependency against oranglain, an activity that can shape the democratic values of which namely through the activities of the meeting of the executive Board through the activities of the meeting of the learners or caretaker OSIS was able to form the freedom of opinion, respect differences o f opinion, the election of the chairman of the student body may establish the freedom of the States a choice or an opinion, Self-confidence, respect for others, and can form a large freedom of deliberation stating opinions, respecting differences opinion, the supporting factors in the formation of value –the value of democracy in SMP 1 Pandeglang is the school and teachers. While the factors restricting his internal factors and external factors, in internal factors relating to funds less support for activities –activities, and external factor was the lack of support from the parents to the learners in the activities of the student body. | |||||||||
