Abstract
Istiqoma Ridloti. 6662110572. Hubungan Antara Kualitas Isi Tayangan Pagi-Pagi dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Penonton Di Kota Tangerang. Pembimbing I: Naniek Afrilla Framanik, S.Sos.,M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Uliviana Restu H, S.Sos., M.Ikom Variety show merupakan program hiburan yang memadukan berbagai format acara. Saat ini variety show menjadi program hiburan yang disenangi oleh penonton. Melihat hal ini, para kreator televisi berlomba-lomba menyajikan program variety show. Namun sejauh ini, program variety show belum memperhatikan kualitas isi tayangannya untuk memuaskan penonton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana hubungan antara kualitas isi tayangan Pagi-Pagi dengan tingkat kepuasan penonton. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori S-O-R. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Tangerang yang dilakukan secara purposive random sampling. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Mall TangCity dengan jumlah pengunjung 1733 orang. Jumlah sampel didapat dengan rumus Yamane, dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, maka didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner cetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan cukup kuat antara Kualitas Isi Tayangan Pagi-Pagi dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Penonton, yaitu nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,491. Uji hipotesis diperoleh dari hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < α = 0.05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas isi tayangan Pagi-Pagi mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada penontonnya. Recently variety show has become the most popular choice of TV programs among the audiences. Due to this trend all television creators present this variety show program. However, up until today variety shows have not presented the quality of their show to satisfy the watchers. This research was conducted to measure the relation between Pagi Pagi show and its audiences satisfaction rate. The theory being used in this research is S-O-R Theory. The method being implied in this research is Quantitave Survey. The population being sampled in this research is the people of Tangerang city by using purposive random sampling. The location of this research is Mall TangCity with 1733 visitors. The sampling quantity is concluded by using Yamane formula, with error rate of 10%, which left sampels of 95 people. Meanwhile sampling tehnic being used is Random Simple. Data was collected by using printed questionnaires. The result of the research revealed a significant relation between the quality ofPagi Pagi show with the The rate of Audience Satisfaction, that is correlation coefisience value of 0,491. Hypothetical test was conducted from significance value result as much as 0.000 <α = 0.05. Hence, it is concluded that the quality of Pagi Pagi variety show satisfy its audiences.
