Abstract

Sustainable construction development in Indonesia requires stakeholders to keep up with technological advancements in order to achieve more productive, effective, and efficient project planning. One of the technologies that has been increasingly adopted in the construction industry is Building Information Modelling (BIM). This study aims to implement BIM 3D, 4D, and 5D in the planning of a three-storey building. The research method involves developing 3D architectural, structural, and MEP models using Revit software, conducting structural analysis with Robot Structural Analysis Professional, preparing project scheduling using Microsoft Project, and generating quantity take-off and cost estimation based on the Revit model. In addition, clash detection, multidisciplinary model review, and planning simulation are performed using Navisworks software. The results of this study produce integrated architectural, structural, and MEP working drawings, with a total project planning duration of 184 days and a total cost of Rp 2,185,379,749.

Additional Information: Pembangunan konstruksi yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia menuntut stakeholder untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi agar pekerjaannya menjadi lebih produktif efektif, dan efisien. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang yaitu Building Information Modelling (BIM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan BIM 3D, 4D, dan 5D pada perencanaan bangunan 3 lantai. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu dengan membuat model 3D arsitektur, struktur, dan MEP di software Revit, melakukan analisis struktur dengan software Robot Struktural Analysis Professional, membuat perencanaan penjadwalan dengan software Ms Project, menyusun quantity take off dan rencana anggaran biaya berbasis model Revit, melakukan clash detection dan review model lintas disiplin serta simulasi pelaksanaan dengan software Naviswork. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan gambar kerja arsitektur, struktur, dan MEP serta durasi total perencanaan proyek selama 184 hari dengan total biaya Rp2.185.379.749.
