Abstract

This study aims to describe how the honesty canteen is utilized as a medium for building honesty in students at Cikande 1 Public Elementary School. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation from the principal, students, the teacher in charge of the honesty canteen, and parents. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the honesty canteen program at Cikande 1 Public Elementary School was successfully planned and implemented as an effort to build honesty in students. The process of utilizing the honesty canteen at Cikande 1 Public Elementary School ran well and demonstrated success in daily operations. The development of honesty among students at Cikande 1 Public Elementary School has significantly improved their honest character. This success is evident in various aspects, including the formation of a strong honest character, its cultural impact, and its educational impact. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan kantin kejujuran sebagai media pembentukan karakter jujur peserta didik di SD Negeri Cikande 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi mulai dari kepala sekolah, peserta didik, guru penanggung jawab kantin kejujuran, dan orang tua peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan program kantin kejujuran di SD Negeri Cikande 1 berhasil direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter jujur peserta didik. Proses pemanfaatan kantin kejujuran di SD Negeri Cikande 1 berjalan dengan baik dan menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam operasional sehari-hari. Perkembangan kejujuran peserta didik di SD Negeri Cikande 1 telah berhasil mengembangkan karakter jujur peserta didik secara signifikan. Keberhasilan perkembangan ini terlihat jelas dari berbagai aspek seperti pembentukan karakter jujur yang kuat, menjadi budaya, dan mengedukasi.
