Ririn Nurvita Dewi, 2026. Development of Acintyaenes Guidance and Counseling Service Media in Improving Interpersonal Communication Skills. Thesis. Supervised by: Arga Satrio Prabowo, M.Pd., (Supervisor I), and Bangun Yoga Wibowo, M.Pd., (Supervisor II). Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Interpersonal communication skills are an essential component that students need to possess in order to maximize their developmental tasks. However, in reality, students’ interpersonal communication skills are still found to be low. Some examples include nervousness, lack of self-confidence, confusion in expressing themselves, difficulty understanding the feelings of the conversation partner, reluctance to listen to friends’ stories, and differences in gender. This study aims to develop game-based media to improve students’ interpersonal communication skills. The research employed a research and development method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study consisted of 9 students who exhibited low interpersonal communication skills. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and unstructured interviews, while data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the developed game-based media was deemed highly feasible, obtaining the following expert feasibility test scores: media experts 95%, content experts 100%, language experts 100%, and practitioner experts 97%. The user response also indicated a feasibility level of 85.6%. Therefore, this media can be considered an innovative alternative in school guidance and counseling services. Keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh peserta didik untuk mendorong tugas perkembangannya agar maksimal. Namun, realitanya masih ditemukan rendahnya keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Beberapa contoh seperti gugup, tidak percaya diri, bingung dalam berekspresi, kesulitan dalam memahami perasaan lawan bicara, malas mendengarkan cerita teman dan perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media berbasis permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 peserta didik yang memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara tidak terstruktur, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasih permainan yang dikembangkan mendapat nilai sangat layak dengan memperoleh skor uji kelayakan ahli media memperoleh penilaian dengan persentase 95%, ahli materi memperoleh persentase 100%, ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase 100% dan ahli praktisi memperoleh persentase 97% dan mendapatkan tingkat kelayakan dari respon pengguna sebesar 85,6%.. Dengan demikian, media ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.
