Abstract
This study aims to develop the BIOPRIDE Digital Comic (Biology Practicum Guide) as a practicum guide for blood type testing for 11th-grade students and to evaluate its feasibility and user responses. The comic was developed using Ibis Paint X, which enhanced the visual presentation and illustrations, thereby supporting students’ understanding. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, following a six-stage modified Borg & Gall model. The participants included 11th-grade students, biology teachers, subject matter experts, and media experts. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results indicated that the BIOPRIDE digital comic is highly feasible as a practical guide, with evaluations from subject matter experts at 93% and media experts at 85%. Product testing were also very positive, with 95% of teacher and 84% of students providing favorable feedback on the media, content, and benefits. Therefore, the BIOPRIDE digital comic is effective as a supporting medium for the blood type testing practicum. Keywords: digital comic, BIOPRIDE, Ibis Paint X, practicum guide, blood type test.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Komik Digital BIOPRIDE (Biology Practicum Guide) sebagai panduan praktikum uji golongan darah untuk siswa kelas XI serta menguji kelayakan dan respon pengguna terhadap media tersebut. Media ini dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Ibis Paint X, sehingga penyajian visual dan ilustrasi lebih menarik dan mendukung pemahaman peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi hingga enam tahap. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas XI, guru biologi, ahli materi, dan ahli media. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komik digital BIOPRIDE berada pada kategori sangat layak digunakan sebagai panduan praktikum, dengan penilaian dari ahli materi 93% dan ahli media 85%. Uji coba produk juga sangat positif, dengan penilaian guru 95% dan siswa 84% pada aspek media, materi, dan manfaat. Dengan demikian, komik digital BIOPRIDE efektif digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran praktikum uji golongan darah. | |||||||||
