Abstract

The development of the Self- Help Book at SMA Negri 7 Serang City was motivated by the lack of media being applied by Guidance and Counseling teachers to stude-nt at SMA Negri 7 Serang City. So there needs to be media or services provided to help the problems of students who experience social anxiety. this research aims to provide a self – help book or self – help book that can be used by students who have teenage social anxiety problems. this research is research with development methods (R&D) using the ADDIE model. these stages include: a) Analysis, b) Design, c) Development, d) Implement, e) Evaluation. the instrument in this research used a questionnaire in the form of a google form and the test subjects were 34 class X.3 students at SMA Negri 7 Serang City. the data processing technique use a likert scale to determine the suitability of the data. the results of the data that have been carried out in the media expert feasibility test are 60%, in the language expert feasibility test they are 94%. From the results of this data, the category “Feasible” is obtained for implementation

Additional Information: Pengembangan Self – Help Book di SMA Negri 7 Kota Serang dilatarbelakangi belum ada nya media yang diterapkan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling kepada siswa di SMA Negri 7 Kota Serang. sehingga perlu ada nya media atau layanan yang diberikan untuk membantu permasalahan siswa yang mengalami kecemasan sosial. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Self – Help Book atau buku bantuan diri yang bisa digunakan oleh siswa yang memiliki permasalahan kecemasan sosial remaja. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode pengembangan (R&D) yang menggunakan model ADDIE. tahap – tahap tersebut meliputi: a). Analysis, b) Design, c) Development, d) Implement, e) Evaluation. instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket/ kuesioner dalam berbentuk google form serta subjek uji coba sejumlah 34 siswa kelas X.3 SMA Negri 7 Kota Serang. pada teknik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert untuk mengetahui kelayakan data. hasil data yang telah dilakukan pada uji kelayakan ahli media sebesar 60%, pada uji kelayakan ahli bahasa sebesar 94%. dari hasil data tersebut memperoleh kategori “Layak” untuk di implementasikan.
