Abstract
Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community service. The numerous tasks and responsibilities that must be carried out simultaneously and continuously, across education, research, and community service, increase the risk of job stress. If this condition persists without proper management, it has the potential to develop into job burnout. This study aimed to measure job stress and job burnout among lecturers at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI). The results showed that most job stress was in the moderate category. Similarly, job burnout was most common in the moderate category. Data analysis of the effect of work stress on work fatigue among lecturers revealed a significant T-test. Based on these results, researchers developed work stress management and other recommendations to minimize work stress and fatigue.

| Additional Information: | Dosen merupakan pendidik profesional sekaligus ilmuwan dengan tugas utama untuk mentransformasikan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, serta seni melalui kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Banyaknya tugas dan tanggung jawab yang harus dijalankan secara simultan dan berkesinambungan, baik di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, maupun pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memperbesar risiko timbulnya stres kerja. Kondisi ini, apabila berlangsung secara terus-menerus tanpa adanya manajemen yang baik, berpotensi berkembang menjadi kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuik mengukur stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja pada Dosen di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa menggunakan metode Perceived Stres Scale (PSS-10) dan Swedish Occupational Fatogue Inventory (SOFI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja yang paling banyak dengan kategori sedang. Begitu pun pada kelelahan kerja menunjukkan bahwa yang paling banyak dengan kategori sedang. Pada pengolahan data pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja pada dosen menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji T berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti membuat usulan manajemen stres kerja dan usulan lainnya agar dapat meminimalisir stres dan kelelahan kerja. | |||||||||
