Abstract

CV Pramudi Alam Kompos, established in 2024, aims to produce organic fertilizer based on goat manure. This research is to conducted to analyze the cost structure, income, and business feasibility of organic fertilizer production at CV Pramudi Alam Kompos in Cipanas District, Lebak Regency. The study applied a descriptive quantitative approach using production and sales data period from November 2024 to Januari 2025. The results showed that the total production cost was Rp33.196.750, consisting of Rp12.968.750 of fixed costs and Rp20.228.000 of variable costs. The total revenue reached Rp54.900.000, resulting in a net income of Rp21.703.250. The Break Even Point (BEP) analysis indicated a sales threshold of Rp16.839.550 or 842 units (1 unit is 12 kg), while the selling price per unit at BEP was Rp7.572, compared to the actual selling price of Rp20,000. Furthermore, the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) value of 1,65 and the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) value of 0,65 indicate that the organic fertilizer business of CV Pramudi Alam Kompos is financially feasible and profitable. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya, pendapatan, dan kelayakan usaha pada CV Pramudi Alam Kompos di Kecamatan Cipanas, Kabupaten Lebak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data periode November 2024 hingga Januari 2025. Hasil menunjukkan total biaya produksi bulanan sebesar Rp33.196.750, terdiri dari biaya tetap Rp12.968.750 dan biaya variabel Rp20.228.000. Total penerimaan mencapai Rp54.900.000 dengan keuntungan bersih Rp21.703.250. Analisis kelayakan menunjukkan R/C ratio 1,65, B/C ratio 0,65, serta BEP sebesar 842 unit. Disimpulkan bahwa usaha ini layak secara finansial namun memerlukan strategi pemasaran lebih luas untuk mengurangi penumpukan stok.
