Abstract

PT Agrobisnis Banten Mandiri is a company that distributes frozen chicken, facing issues in the procurement process, including purchasing, storage, and marketing. In the purchasing process, there is dependence on a one supplier without alternatives. In storage, there is frequent instability in the electrical supply to the cold storage. In marketing, insufficient monitoring of market trends leads to difficulties in acquiring new consumers. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with the House of Risk method. The objectives are to identify risks and their causes, analyze the assessment and mapping of risk priorities, and recommend mitigation actions in the frozen chicken procurement process. The research results show that the purchasing process has 4 risk event with 4 risk agent, storage has 5 risk event with 5 risk agent, and marketing has 7 risk event with 7 risk agent. The highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) in purchasing is the increase in chicken prices, in storage is prolonged storage, and in marketing is the lack of understanding by the sales and marketing team regarding frozen chicken products. Risk mapping determines the priority causes: 2 in purchasing, 3 in storage, and 4 in marketing. Mitigation strategies include 4 strategies in purchasing, 5 in storage, and 7 in marketing.
