Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) on the growth of katuk plants on jumbo kebo variety (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr.). This study was conducted from September to December 2024 at the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study used a two-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The first factor is the concentration of LOF (P) which consist of 4 levels, namely LOF 0 ml/L (control), LOF 3 ml/L, LOF 6 ml/L, and LOF 9 ml/L. The second factor is the application of zeolite fertilizer (Z) consisting of 4 levels, namely zeolite 0 kg/ha (control), zeolite 375 kg/ha, zeolite 562.8 kg/ha, and zeolite 750 kg/ha. The result of the study showed that there was no significant effect on the interaction of the two treatment combinations or single treatment. However, in the plant height parameter the concentration of LOF 6 ml/L gave the highest average in each observation interval of 4 MST, 6 MST, 8 MST and 10 MST. In addition, the application od zeolite 5622.5 kg/ha gave the highest average in the parameters of the number of leaves 6 MST, plant we weight and plant dry weight. Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman katuk pada varietas jumbo kebo (Sauropus androgynus L. Merr.). Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan September hingga Desember 2024 di Kebun Percobaan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC (P) yang terdiri dari 4 tingkatan, yaitu POC 0 ml/L (kontrol), LOF 3 ml/L, POC 6 ml/L, dan POC 9 ml/L. Faktor kedua adalah aplikasi pupuk zeolit ​​(Z) yang terdiri dari 4 tingkatan, yaitu zeolit ​​0 kg/ha (kontrol), zeolit ​​375 kg/ha, zeolit ​​562,8 kg/ha, dan zeolit ​​750 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan pada interaksi kedua kombinasi perlakuan atau perlakuan tunggal. Namun, pada parameter tinggi tanaman, konsentrasi POC 6 ml/L memberikan rata-rata tertinggi pada setiap interval pengamatan 4 MST, 6 MST, 8 MST, dan 10 MST. Selain itu, aplikasi zeolit ​​5622,5 kg/ha memberikan rata-rata tertinggi pada parameter jumlah daun 6 MST, berat tanaman, dan berat kering tanaman.
