Abstract
The research aimed to determine the effect of giving doses of liquid biofertilizer and Gandasil D fertilizer on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This research was conducted at Taman Alam Bareno Residence, Banjar Village, Banjar Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, from April to June 2025. The research used a factorial Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors. The first factor was the dose of liquid biofertilizer (H) consisting of four levels: 0 ml/L, 15 ml/L, 30 ml/L, and 45 ml/L. The second factor was the dose of Gandasil D fertilizer (G) consisting of three levels: 0 g/L, 3 g/L, and 6 g/L. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, root length, fresh weight, and dry weight of pakcoy. The results showed that the application of liquid biofertilizer significantly affected plant height and number of leaves at 14 days after planting (DAP), with the best dose at 15 ml/L, while the application of Gandasil D fertilizer gave a highly significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and dry weight, with the best dose at 3 g/L. There was no interaction between the two factors on all observed parameters. Based on the results, the combination of liquid biofertilizer at 15 ml/L and Gandasil D fertilizer at 3 g/L produced the best growth and yield of pakcoy.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk hayati cair dan pupuk Gandasil D terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Perumahan Taman Alam Bareno, Desa Banjar, Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten, pada bulan April hingga Juni 2025. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri atas dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk hayati cair (H) yang terdiri atas empat taraf, yaitu 0 ml/L, 15 ml/L, 30 ml/L, dan 45 ml/L. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk Gandasil D (G) yang terdiri atas tiga taraf, yaitu 0 g/L, 3 g/L, dan 6 g/L. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, bobot segar, dan bobot kering tanaman pakcoy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk hayati cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada umur 14 hari setelah tanam (HST), dengan dosis terbaik sebesar 15 ml/L. Pemberian pupuk Gandasil D memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar, dan bobot kering, dengan dosis terbaik sebesar 3 g/L. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara kedua faktor perlakuan terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kombinasi pupuk hayati cair dosis 15 ml/L dan pupuk Gandasil D dosis 3 g/L menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy terbaik. | |||||||||
