Abstract
Ila Dayana, 2025. Development of a Self Management Book Planner as a Medium to Reduce Students' Academic Procrastination (Research and Development on Grade IX Students of SMP Negeri 6 Serang City). Thesis. Supervised by: Dr. Evi Afiati, M.Pd. (Supervisor 1) and Arga Satrio Prabowo, M.Pd. (Supervisor 2). Guidance and Counseling Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This research aims to produce a guidance and counseling service medium in the form of a self management book planner to reduce students' academic procrastination. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product feasibility test results showed that the validity of the media and materials experts was 78.33% (Feasible), the validity of the language experts was 92.85% (Very Feasible), and the validity of the practitioner experts was 93.75% (Very Feasible). Therefore, the average score of all assessments was 88.31%, falling into the "Very Feasible" category for use. Furthermore, the product was trialed on a limited scale with students, and obtained an N-Gain Score of 69%, categorized as quite effective, and a student response of 78.33%, categorized as feasible. Therefore, it was concluded that this self-management book planner media is feasible for use. Keywords: Book Planner, Self Management, Academic Procrastination

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa book planner self management untuk mereduksi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Hasil uji kelayakan produk menunjukkan bahwa validitas ahli media dan materi yaitu 78,33% (Layak), validitas ahli bahasa yaitu 92, 85% (Sangat Layak), dan validitas ahli praktisi 93,75% (Sangat Layak). Sehingga nilai rata-rata dari seluruh penilaian yaitu 88, 31% termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan. Selanjutnya produk diuji coba dalam skala terbatas kepada siswa, dan memperoleh hasil N-Gain Score dengan persentase sebesar 69% dengan kategori cukup efektif serta respon siswa sebesar 78,33% dengan kategori layak sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media book planner self management ini layak untuk digunakan.
