Abstract
Beach tourism is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to the regional economy, but service quality that does not meet expectations can reduce tourist satisfaction and loyalty. This research focuses on analyzing the gap between visitors' expectations and perceptions of service quality at Lalassa and Bodur Beach, Tanjung Lesung, as an effort to identify priorities for facility improvement and destination development strategies. The main objective of the research is to determine the service factors that have the largest gaps and formulate applicable improvement recommendations. This research uses a quantitative descriptive design with purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. Data collection is done through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Data analysis using Servqual (GAP) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that all factors had negative GAP values on Lalassa Beach, with the largest gaps in amenities service (-10.12) and ancillary service (-7.66) , while the price factor had the smallest gap (-1.60). Meanwhile at Bodur Beach, the largest gap was in amenities service to at -15.74, followed by accessibility at 9.56 and the smallest gap factor was in price at -4.48. The findings confirm the need to improve sanitation, safety facilities, transportation, and diversification of tourist attractions. This research contributes to strengthening the concept of beach tourism service quality based on the Servqual and IPA models, as well as providing strategic direction for the Tanjung Lesung manager. It is recommended that future research expand the scope of locations, involve foreign tourists, and integrate qualitative methods to deepen the analysis.

| Additional Information: | Pariwisata pantai merupakan salah satu sektor utama yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian regional, namun kualitas layanan yang tidak memenuhi harapan dapat mengurangi kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas layanan di Pantai Lalassa dan Bodur, Tanjung Lesung, sebagai upaya untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas perbaikan fasilitas dan strategi pengembangan destinasi. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor-faktor layanan yang memiliki kesenjangan terbesar dan merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling purposif terhadap 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode Servqual (GAP) dan Analisis Pentingnya Kinerja (IPA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor memiliki nilai GAP negatif di Pantai Lalassa, dengan kesenjangan terbesar pada fasilitas fisik utama dan fasilitas pendukung. Di Pantai Bodur, selisih terbesar terdapat pada fasilitas fisik utama juga dan diikuti oleh faktor aksesibilitas. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan sanitasi, fasilitas keamanan, transportasi, dan diversifikasi atraksi wisata. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat konsep kualitas layanan pariwisata pantai berdasarkan model Servqual dan IPA, serta memberikan arah strategis bagi pengelola Tanjung Lesung. Disarankan agar penelitian mendatang memperluas cakupan lokasi, melibatkan wisatawan asing, dan mengintegrasikan metode kualitatif untuk mendalamkan analisis. | |||||||||
