Abstract
Faiza Ni’mah Fillah, 2025. The Effectiveness of Group Guidance Services with Role Play Techniques in Improving Disciplinary Behavior in Elementary School Students (Grade 3). Thesis. Supervised by Meilla Dwi Nurmala S.Psi., M.Pd. (Supervisor 1) and Bangun Yoga Wibowo, M.Pd. (Supervisor 2). Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study aims to determine the extent of the school's assertiveness in handling disciplinary violations committed by third-grade students at SDN 2 Anyer and to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using role-play techniques in improving disciplinary behavior. A quantitative approach was used with a quasi- experimental method in the form of a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group. The group consisted of 78 students with 22 research samples divided into 11 experimental groups and 11 control groups. The percentage distribution of questions from questionnaire items regarding discipline aspects completed by 78 respondents, or the total number of third-grade students in the study population at SDN 2 Anyer, resulted in data of 30.56% for time discipline, 16.92% for discipline in enforcing rules, 32.16% for attitude discipline, and 20.36% for discipline in behavior. This study uses Purposive Sampling technique and uses primary data in the form of questionnaires with the provision of treatment in the form of pretest and post-test through role-playing activities so that research results can be obtained which show that Z <0.05 then H0 is accepted and Z> 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the Z value is 0.003 so that Z <0.005 and it can be concluded that H0 is accepted so that the role play variable (X) on disciplinary behavior (Y) has effectiveness related to the disciplinary behavior of grade 3 students at SDN 2 Anyer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana ketegasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dalam menangani pelanggaran disiplin yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik kelas 3 di SDN 2 Anyer dan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role play dalam meningkatkan perilaku kedisiplinan. pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu berupa quasi eksperimental design melalui nonequivalent control group. Group yang terdiri dari 78 populasi dengan 22 sampel penelitian yang dibagi menjadi 11 sampel kelompok eksperimen dan 11 sampel kelompok kontrol. Adapun persentase sebaran soal dari butir-butir angket mengenai aspek disiplin yang diisi oleh 78 responden atau jumlah keseluruhan dari populasi penelitian peserta didik kelas 3 di SDN 2 Anyer ini dapat diperolehnya data sebesar 30,56% pada disiplin waktu, 16,92% pada disiplin dalam menegakkan aturan, 32,16% pada disiplin sikap dan 20,36% pada disiplin dalam bertingkah laku. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan menggunakan data primer berupa angket dengan adanya pemberian treatment berupa pretes dan post-test melalui kegiatan bermain peran sehingga dapat diperolehnya hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan, bahwa Z < 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan Z > 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon, diperolehnya nilai Z sebesar 0,003 sehingga Z < 0,005 dan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H0 diterima sehingga Variabel role play (X) terhadap perilaku kedisiplinan (Y) memiliki efektivitas terkait perilaku kedisiplinan siswa kelas 3 di SDN 2 Anyer.
