Abstract
The Quran reading program is one of the very important activities in character and spiritual development at the elementary education level. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the reading program for fifth-grade students at SDN Tembong 2, including the implementation strategies, learning methods, and its impact on students' spiritual and character development. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with supervising teachers, students, and parents, as well as document analysis related to the reading program. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students at SDN Tembong 2, totaling 38 individuals, the reading program supervising teachers, and the principal. The study shows that the Quran recitation program at SDN Tembong 2 for fifth graders is carried out in an organized manner with a fixed routine every morning before classes start.

| Additional Information: | Program membaca Al-Qur'an merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan karakter dan spiritual di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program membaca untuk siswa kelas lima di SDN Tembong 2, mencakup strategi pelaksanaan, metode pembelajaran, serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan spiritual dan karakter siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru pembimbing, siswa, dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan program membaca. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas lima di SDN Tembong 2, dengan jumlah 38 individu, guru pembimbing program membaca, dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tadarus di SDN Tembong 2 untuk kelas V dilaksanakan dengan cara yang terorganisir dengan rutinitas tetap setiap pagi sebelum kelas dimulai. | |||||||||
