Abstract
This study aims to 1) determine the supply chain agility of UMK Sembako in Serang City 2) To determine the effect of competitive advantage on supply chain performance with supply chain agility in UMK Sembako in Serang City 3) determine the effect of competitive advantage on supply chain performance with supply chain agility in UMK Sembako in Serang City This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 120 respondents taken using a non-probability sampling method with a certain consideration sampling technique. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Square approach which is carried out with the help of the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competitive advantage (variable x) has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance (variable Y) in UMK Sembako in Serang City. (2) Supply Chain agility (variable Z) also has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between competitive advantage and supply chain performance in UMK Sembako in Serang City. (3) Supply Chain agility towards supply chain performance can moderate the influence of competitive advantage towards supply chain performance at UMK Sembako in Serang City.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) mengetahui supply chain agility pada UMK Sembako di Kota Serang 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja rantai pasok dengan supply chain agility pada UMK Sembako di Kota Serang 3) mengetahui pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja rantai pasok dengan supply chain agility pada UMK Sembako di Kota Serang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden diambil menggunakan metode sampel non-probabilitas dengan teknik sampel pertimbangan tertentu. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square yang dilakukan dengan bantuan alat analisis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keunggulan bersaing (variabel x) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok (variabel Y) pada UMK sembako di Kota Serang. (2) Supply Chain agility (variabel Z) ikut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja rantai pasok pada UMK Sembako di Kota Serang. (3) Supply Chain agility tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja rantai pasok pada UMK Sembako di Kota Serang. | |||||||||
