Abstract
In the Women Farmers Group, there are obstacles such as limited communication tools, members' busy schedules with personal farms, low awareness of participation, and the leader's communication, which tends to be limited to active members. This study aims to determine the communication process, the collaboration formed from communication, and the social bonds created from communication. This study used a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Respondents consisted of 1 leader and 10 members of the women farmers group. The results of the study indicate that (1) The communication process, starting from conveying ideas to providing feedback, is carried out in a structured manner. Ideas about activities are conveyed through loudspeakers and WhatsApp so that they can be received and understood. The goal is for members to provide feedback regarding activities (2) The role of effective and open communication becomes social capital that supports the creation of cooperation. Focusing on common goals encourages members to discuss and design activities, while motivating communication increases enthusiasm and concern. In addition, the role of the leader in providing direction and helps strengthen team bonds. Effective coordination through direct communication also ensures fair distribution of tasks (3) Effective communication becomes significant social capital in improving social bonds. Attentive communication strengthens a sense of caring and a friendly atmosphere. Maintaining relationships through regular communication and activities fosters a sense of mutual support. In addition, the interpersonal interactions that take place, both within and outside group activities, strengthen the bonds between members

| Additional Information: | Dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan alat komunikasi, kesibukan anggota dengan pertanian pribadi, rendahnya kesadaran berpartisipasi, serta komunikasi ketua yang cenderung hanya dengan anggota aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi, kerjasama yang terbentuk dari komunikasi, dan ikatan sosial yang tercipta dari komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Responden terdiri dari 1 ketua dan 10 anggota kelompok wanita tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses komunikasi dimulai dari penyampaian ide hingga pemberian umpan balik, dilakukan secara terstruktur. Ide tentang kegiatan disampaikan melalui pengeras suara dan WhatsApp agar dapat diterima serta dipahami. Tujuannya adalah agar anggota dapat memberikan umpan balik terkait kegiatan (2) Peran komunikasi yang efektif dan terbuka menjadi modal sosial yang mendukung terciptanya kerjasama. Fokus pada tujuan bersama mendorong anggota untuk berdiskusi dan merancang kegiatan, sementara komunikasi yang memotivasi meningkatkan semangat dan kepedulian. Selain itu, peran ketua dalam memberikan arahan dan turut memperkuat ikatan tim. Koordinasi yang efektif melalui komunikasi langsung juga memastikan pembagian tugas yang adil (3) Komunikasi yang efektif menjadi modal sosial yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan ikatan sosial. Komunikasi yang perhatian, memperkuat rasa peduli dan suasana akrab. Pemeliharaan hubungan melalui komunikasi rutin dan kegiatan menumbuhkan rasa saling mendukung.
