Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of personal selling on consumer interest in purchasing the Solusi Emas Hijrah (SOLEH) product at PT Bank Muamalat Serang Branch. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. For primary data, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 76 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from documentation, direct observation, and interviews with internal company personnel. The findings of this study indicate that personal selling influences consumer purchasing interest through direct communication, two-way interaction, and the salesperson's ability to provide clear and convincing information about the product. This influence is evident in the extent to which consumers feel trust, interest, and motivation to make a purchase after interacting directly with the salesperson.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak personal selling terhadap minat konsumen membeli produk Solusi Emas Hijrah (SOLEH) di PT Bank Muamalat Cabang Serang. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk data primer, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 76 orang responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi, pengamatan secara langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak internal perusahaan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa personal selling berpengaruh pada minat beli konsumen melalui cara berkomunikasi yang langsung, interaksi dua arah, serta kemampuan tenaga penjual dalam memberikan informasi yang jelas dan meyakinkan mengenai produk. Pengaruh ini terlihat dari sejauh mana konsumen merasa percaya, tertarik, dan termotivasi untuk melakukan pembelian setelah berinteraksi langsung dengan petugas penjual. | |||||||||
