Abstract
This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of Preventive Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at Perumdam Tirta Berkah, Pandeglang Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a population of 120 Perumdam Tirta Berkah employees. Purposive sampling was used to select 92 samples. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study utilized the PLS (Smart Partial Least Squares) data analysis method. The results show that preventive discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), the non-physical work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and both preventive discipline (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Preventif dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perumdam Tirta Berkah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi pegawai Perumdam Tirta Berkah yang berjumlah 120 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 92 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data PLS (Smart Partial Least Squeare). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin preventif (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), disiplin preventif (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). | |||||||||
