Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 6 Rangkasbitung. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of 500 employees. The sample used includes 100 employees selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the level of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the level of physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the level of work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment; (4) the level of physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (5) the level of organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) the level of work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance when mediated by organizational commitment; (7) the level of physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance when mediated by organizational commitment.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Parkland World Indonesia 6 Rangkasbitung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang ada pada penelitian ini sebanyak 500 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) tingkat disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) tingkat lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) tingkat disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (4) tingkat Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (5) tingkat komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) tingkat disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi (7) tingkat lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. | ||||||
