Abstract

The latest technical references that come into force in Indonesia are SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 1727-2020. This research discusses the redesign of the Mambruk Building Structure, Which was initially designed using a steel structure with an ordinary moment resisting Frame System. The case study is conducted of 3 floors and 1 basement. The objective of this study case are to determine the design methods for slabs, beams, columns, and diaphragm wall, to analyze earthquake loads using the static equivalent method and response spectrum method based on the latest SNI, and to evaluate the existing condition of the building being redesigned with the programme software of ETABS, spColumn, and PLAXIS Based on the analysis results, the obtained dimensions are as follows Column K1 is 700x700 mm, K2 is 600x600 mm, K3 is 500x500 mm, K4 is 400x400 mm. the main beams have the following dimensions B1 is 700x300 mm, B2 is 600x300 mm, B3 is 500x300 mm, and BA is 500x250 mm. for the basement wall, a diaphragm wall is used with a thickness of 500 mm and a height of 4500 mm.

Additional Information: Acuan teknis digunakan yang terbaru berlaku di Indonesia adalah SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1726-2019 dan SNI 1727-2020. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan ulang struktur Gedung Mambruk yang awalnya menggunakan struktur baja dengan system Rangka Pemikul Momen Biasa dan didesain ulang menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan system rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Gedung Mambruk Kota Manokwari, Papua Barat dengan 3 lantai dan 1 basemen. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui cara merencanakan pelat, balok, kolom, dan diaphragm wall, menganalisis beban gempa menggunakan metode statik ekuivalen dan respon spectrum yang mengacu pada SNI terbaru, serta mengetahui kondisi eksisting gedung yang direncanakan ulang dengan bantuan software ETABS, spColumn, dan Plaxis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dimensi yang didapatkan K1 700x700 mm, K2 600x600mm, K3 500x500mm, K4 400x400mm, dan balok induk B1 700x300mm, B2 600x300mm, B3 500x300mm, BA 500x250mm. untuk dinding basement digunakan dinidng diaphragm wall dengan tebal 500mm dan tinggi 4500mm.
