Abstract
This research aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in learning at Setia Budhi Rangkasbitung Vocational School, as well as to identify the most dominant internal and external factors that influence interest in learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were 10 students of class Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that students' interest in learning at Setia Budhi Rangkasbitung Vocational School is still relatively low, characterized by the level of absenteeism in the learning process and a lack of active participation in the learning process. Low interest in learning is caused by two groups of factors, namely internal and external. The internal factors that most dominantly influence students' interest in learning are (laziness, lack of self-confidence. And the external factors that most influence interest in learning are (physical school environment, subjects and teaching methods). From the results of the analysis it was found that external factors had a greater influence than internal factors with an average percentage of 75% and internal factors with an average percentage of 25%.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa di SMK Setia Budhi Rangkasbitung, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor paling dominan dari faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi minat belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan dan 2 guru Teknik Pemesinan sebagai informan yang dipilih secara purvosive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahawasaanya minat belajar siswa di SMK Setia Budhi Rangkasbitung masih tergolong rendah, ditandai dengan tingkat ketidakhadiran dalam proses pembelajaran serta kurangnya partisifasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Minat belajar rendah disebabkan oleh dua kelompok faktor yaitu internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa yaitu (Rasa malas, Kurangnya percaya diri. Serta faktor eksternal yang paling mempengaruhi minat belajar yaitu (Lingkungan fisik sekolah, mata pelajaran seta metode pengajaran). Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa faktor eksternal memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan faktor internal dengan rerata presentase 75%. dan faktor internal dengan rerata presentase 25%. | |||||||||
