Abstract
This study aims to determine the value of public satisfaction with the family counseling program at the DP3AKB Office of Serang City, Banten., then Parasuraman's theory with 5 indicators that influence the measurement of public satisfaction values including indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy as a reference theory in this study. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to respondents in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that in general the family counseling service policy at the DP3AKB Office of Serang City, Banten is running well. The Tangible indicator or physical evidence is an explanation that the service at the DP3AKB Office has a qualified and complete facility so that the counseling process in the community runs quite well, but whether the security or privacy indicator of community data will run safely. The Reabillity Indicator or employee reliability is still a determinant in running well or lack of response from the employee team at the DP3AKB office in the eyes of the public. Responsiveness Indicators will later measure how much people care about the questions given by the community, which will later produce results of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the response of the Serang City community.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana nilai kepuasan masyarakat terhadap program konseling keluarga di Dinas DP3AKB Kota Serang Banten. Kemudian teori Parasuraman dengan 5 indikator yang mempengaruhi pengukuran nilai kepuasan masyarakat yang meliputi adanya indikator bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati sebagai acuan teori pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa menyebarkan hak angket kepada responden berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara garis besar kebijakan pelayanan konseling keluarga di Dinas DP3AKB Kota Serang Banten berjalan dengan baik. Indikator Tangible atau bukti fisiik merupakan penjabaran bahwa pelayanan di Dinas DP3AKB emiliki sebuah fasilitas yang mumpuni serta lengkap agar proses konseling pada masyarakat berjalan cukup baik akan tetapi apakah indikator keamanan atau privasi data masyarakat akan berjalan dengan aman. Adapun Indikator Reabillity atau keandalan pegawai masih menjadi penentu dalam berjalan baik atau kurangnya tanggapan tim pegawai pada dinas DP3AKB di mata masyarakat. Indikator Daya tanggap yang nantinya akan mengukur seberapa peduli atas pertanyaan yang diberikan masyarakat yang nantinya akan membuahkan hasilpuas atau ketidak puasan terhdap respon masyarakat Kota Serang. | |||||||||
