Abstract

Risk is uncertainty about future events over desired or undesirable outcomes (Griffin, 2002). Many abandoned building construction in Indonesia is risk management that is not met, so that it has a bad impact, namely buildings will disturb the face of the city and are no longer valuable, thus reducing the quality and identity of a city (Purwantiasning, 2017). So this study aims to analyze what risks will occur, determine the level of risk that occurs and find out how to mitigate risks in the Elevee Penthouses & Residences apartment construction project. This study aims to analyze what risks will occur, determine the level of risk that will occur and find out how to mitigate risks in the Elevee Penthouses & Residences apartment construction project. This research was carried out by a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to project contractors through google form using the method used in this study is purposive sampling, a method for sampling according to characteristics not based on strata but based on certain considerations that are in accordance with the research objectives and the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula. From the results of data analysis that has been done during the research period, it is known that there are 31 risk indicators in the project, the most common risk in this project is cost risk which amounts to 11 indicators, then the time risk variable amounts to 10 indicators and quality amounts to 10 indicators. The results of the risk level analysis using the severity index method there are 21 indicators that are included in the high category. Risk mitigation is carried out preventively with a risk avoidance strategy of 11 actions, risk reduction 22 actions and risk transfer amounting to 1 action.
