Abstract
The purpose of writing this final assignment is to comprehensively determine the implementation of the promotional mix applied at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) Cilegon Branch Office and to determine the problems faced by the loan promotional mix at Bank BJB KC Cilegon. The writing method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The type of data collected is primary data obtained directly from the staff of Bank BJB KC Cilegon, while secondary data is obtained through the company online through the website from the internet. Data collection obtained in this final assignment uses interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the promotional mix strategy at Bank BJB KC Cilegon are that Bank BJB implements all existing promotional mix strategies, namely in advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and public relations. The obstacles faced by Bank BJB in implementing the promotional mix are advertisements that are not yet digital, higher interest rates compared to other banks, fewer account officers, and less publication on social media.

| Additional Information: | Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan unruk mengetahui secara kompherensif implementasi bauran promosi yang diterapkan di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) Kantor Cabang Cilegon dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi bauran promosi pinjaman di Bank BJB KC Cilegon. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang didapat langsung dari staff Bank BJB KC Cilegon, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui perusahaan secara online melaluli website dari internet. Pengumpulan data yang didapat dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil strategi bauran promosi pada Bank BJB KC Cilegon adalah Bank BJB menerapkan seluruh strategi bauran promosi. yang ada yaitu dalam advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, dan public relations. Kendala yang dihadapi Bank BJB dalam melakukan bauran promosi yaitu iklan yang belum digital, suku bunga yang lebih tinggi dibanding bank lain, account officer yang jumlahnya lebih sedikit, dan publikasi yang kurang di media sosial. | |||||||||
