Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the procedures, obstacles, and solutions for using the Andal by Taspen Application in Data Authentication for Pension Fund Withdrawals at Bank Woori Saudara SubBranch Office Serang Banten. The methods used for data collection in writing this final project are interviews and observations. The results of observations about the procedure for using the Andal by Taspen application in withdrawing pension funds at Bank Woori Saudara Sub-Branch Office Serang Banten Manually such as the Customer coming directly to the branch, making New EDAPEM Taspen verification by Customer Service, verifying the customer's identity, and the authentication process through the application. As for digital, such as downloading the application, selecting the authentication menu, filling in the identity mark, selfie verification, and successful notifications. Digital implementation often experiences obstacles such as server disruptions, low digital literacy, physical limitations of customers, and limited internet access. The solutions implemented include the use of the New EDAPEM internal application manually as well as digital verification assistance by security guards by maintaining data security.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur, kendala, dan solusi penggunaan Aplikasi Andal by Taspen Dalam Autentikasi Data Untuk Penarikan Dana Pensiun Pada Bank Woori Saudara Kantor Cabang Pembantu Serang Banten. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pengamatan tentang prosedur penggunaan aplikasi Andal by Taspen dalam penarikan dana pensiun pada Bank Woori Saudara Kantor Cabang Pembantu Serang Banten secara Manual seperti Nasabah datang langsung ke cabang, pembuatan verifikasi New EDAPEM Taspen oleh Customer Service, Verifikasi identitas nasabah, proses autentikasi melalui aplikasi. Adapun melalui digital seperti unduh aplikasi, pilih menu autentikasi, isi tanda identitas, verifikasi swafoto, notifikasi berhasil. Implementasi digital sering mengalami kendala seperti gangguan server, rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan fisik nasabah, dan akses internet yang terbatas. Solusi yang diterapkan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi internal New EDAPEM secara manual serta pendampingan verifikasi digital oleh petugas Satpam dengan menjaga keamanan data. | |||||||||
