Abstract
The housing sector plays a vital role in driving national economic growth, both directly through construction activities and indirectly through the supply chain of related sectors. This study aims to analyze the impact of housing infrastructure expenditure on Indonesia's economy in 2023. The method used is Input-Output (IO) analysis, utilizing the 2020 Domestic Transaction Table at Producer Prices (in million Rupiah), which consists of 185 products. The data used include the realization of housing function expenditure from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance and the Input-Output Table from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The results show that housing infrastructure spending has a positive impact on changes in output, compensation of employees, and gross operating surplus across related products. The product with the highest output change is Residential and Non-Residential Buildings, followed by Trade (excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles), Various Types of Excavation Materials, Land Transport Services (excluding rail), and Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. A similar pattern is observed in the compensation of employees and gross operating surplus. These findings indicate that government expenditure in the housing sector not only boosts the construction industry but also creates a ripple effect across various sectors in the economy.

| Additional Information: | Pembangunan sektor perumahan memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, baik secara langsung melalui aktivitas konstruksi maupun secara tidak langsung melalui rantai pasok berbagai sektor terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak anggaran infrastruktur perumahan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia pada tahun 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Input-Output dengan memanfaatkan Tabel Transaksi Domestik atas Dasar Harga Produsen tahun 2020 (Juta Rupiah) yang terdiri atas 185 produk. Data yang digunakan mencakup realisasi belanja fungsi perumahan dari DJPK Kementerian Keuangan dan Tabel Input-Output dari BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi anggaran infrastruktur perumahan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan output, kompensasi tenaga kerja, dan surplus usaha pada produk-produk terkait. Produk dengan perubahan output tertinggi adalah Bangunan Tempat Tinggal dan Bukan Tempat Tinggal, diikuti oleh Perdagangan selain Mobil dan Sepeda Motor, Barang Galian Segala Jenis, Jasa Angkutan Darat selain Angkutan Rel, serta Jasa Profesional, Ilmiah, dan Teknis. Pola serupa juga terjadi pada kompensasi tenaga kerja dan surplus usaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah di sektor perumahan tidak hanya mendorong sektor konstruksi, tetapi juga menciptakan efek berantai terhadap berbagai sektor dalam perekonomian. | |||||||||
