Abstract
The media is a producer of discourse in its social sphere. Especially in Indonesia, the reality or issues in Indonesia will be reconstructed in the form of news that will be consumed by the Indonesian people, the object of the research of the July 2 and July 9, 2022 editions of Tempo magazine contains the results of news construction in the form of ACT reality stories about the misappropriation of donor funds carried out by ACT officials for the personal interests of the higher-ups, the reality of corruption itself in Indonesia is ingrained, But what is unique is that this issue/reality comes from the social institution of philanthropy of religious image. The researcher's goal is to digest the meaning of the discourse constructed by Tempo in its news, find out the content of subjectivity in its construction, and examine the type of critical discourse contained by Tempo to know Tempo's position in its news. The theory of social reality construction and critical discourse analysis module owned by Peter L. Berger and Van Dijk as a guide for learning in achieving goals, descriptive qualitative methods as a way to find and decipher data as an answer to the researcher's hypothesis, which in the end the researcher analyzes 3 elements of critical discourse, namely textual, constructor social cognition (ideology), social context (Tempo position). As a result, Tempo constructs news wrapped in objective critical discourse, while Tempo's news is aimed at the analysis of topics and themes according to the existing facts. The researcher found that the use and selection of sentences chosen by the constructor used a lot of rhyme and the constructor's personal preference for regional language. The meaning of Tempo's news with the title of the main report "Aksi Cepat Tanggap Cuan" as a form of confrontation of the ACT institution as well as a form of criticism of the low morals, social responsibility, integrity of ACT officials, Tempo succeeded in communicating their identification of ACT's new image which was considered to have failed to carry out the donor's mandate for the corruption of ACT officials.

Terutama di Indonesia, realitas atau isu yang berada di Indonesia akan dikonstruk kembali dalam bentuk berita yang akan dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia, objek penelitian majalah Tempo edisi 2 Juli dan 9 Juli 2022 berisikan hasil konstruksi pemberitaan berupa cerita realitas ACT soal tindakan penyelewengan dana donatur yang dilakukan oleh petinggi ACT untuk kepentingan pribadi para petinggi, realitas korupsi sendiri di Indonesia sudah mendarah daging, tetapi yang menjadi unik ialah isu/realitas ini datang dari lembaga sosial filantropi citra keagamaan. Peneliti dengan tujuannya yakni, mencerna makna wacana yang dikonstruk Tempo dalam pemberitaannya, mengetahui kandungan kritik dalam konstruksinya, menelisik jenis wacana kritis yang dikandung oleh Tempo sehingga mengetahui posisi Tempo dalam pemberitaanya. Teori konstruksi realitas sosial dan modul analisis wacana kritis milik Peter L.Berger dan Van Dijk sebagai panduan pengkajian dalam mencapai tujuan, metode kualitatif deskriptif sebagai cara menemukan dan menguraiakan data sebagai jawaban dari hipotesa peneliti, yang pada akhirnya peneliti menganalisa 3 elemen wacana kritis yakni tekstual, kognisi sosial konstruktor (ideologi), konteks sosial (posisi Tempo). Hasilnya, Tempo mengkonstruksi berita yang dibalut dengan wacana kritis yang objektif, adapun pemberitaan Tempo bersifat objektif dari analisa topik dan tema yang sesuai fakta yang ada. Peneliti menemukan penggunaan dan pemilihan kalimat yang dipilih konstruktor menggunakan banyak sajak dan preferensi pribadi bahasa daerah konstruktor. Pemaknaan akan pemberitaan Tempo dengan judul laporan utama “Aksi Cepat Tanggap Cuan” sebagai bentuk konfrontasi lembaga ACT sekaligus bentuk kritik terhadap rendahnya moral, tanggung jawab sosial, integritas petinggi ACT, Tempo berhasil mengkomunikasikan identifikasi mereka tentang citra baru ACT yang dinilai gagal menjalankan amanah donatur atas tindak korupsi petinggi ACT. | ||||||
