Abstract
Education in Indonesia faces significant challenges in improving students' critical thinking skills, especially in the context of mathematics education, which requires Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This study aims to develop an E-Modul based on the Merdeka Curriculum, tailored to the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Three Variables (SPLTV), to enhance students' HOTS. The research uses the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed E-Modul has been validated by experts in media, content, and language, and tested with 15 students in grade X at SMA Global Indonesia. The validity test results show that the E-Modul is highly valid and practical. The trial, using a one-group pretest-posttest design, demonstrated an improvement in students' HOTS, with an N-Gain score of 0.5700, categorized as moderate improvement. Paired Samples Test analysis revealed a significant difference in students' skills before and after using the E-Modul. Therefore, this Merdeka Curriculum-based E-Modul has been proven valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students' higher-order thinking skills. This research contributes to the development of learning media that meets the demands of 21st-century education.

Additional Information: | Pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika yang memerlukan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher Order Thinking Skills / HOTS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka yang disesuaikan dengan materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) untuk meningkatkan HOTS siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. E-Modul yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dalam bidang media, materi, dan bahasa, dan diuji cobakan kepada 15 siswa di kelas X SMA Global Indonesia. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul ini sangat valid dan praktis. Uji coba menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design menunjukkan adanya peningkatan HOTS siswa dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,5700, yang masuk dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Hasil analisis Paired Samples Test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara keterampilan siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan E-Modul ini. Dengan demikian, E-Modul berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka ini terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa.
