Abstract
The purpose of writing this final project is to develop a website-based accounting information system module called NIJY, which aims to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in accelerating the efficiency of financial report management. This module is expected to be a practical guide that is easy to understand by users, especially for those who do not have the ability in the field of technology or accounting, so that they are able to carry out the functions of recording transactions, managing inventory, and preparing financial reports independently. The methodology used in the preparation of this final project is a software-based system development method that includes the stages of needs analysis, interface design, coding, and preparation of usage modules. The programming language used in the development of the NIJY application is PHP, with the help of MySQL database, as well as frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery. The results of this development show that the NIJY application can accelerate the process of recording transactions and real-time financial reporting, and provide convenience in monitoring inventory. The designed module is able to explain each function of the application in detail, so that MSME players can operate the system effectively.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menyusun modul sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis website bernama NIJY, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mempercepat efisiensi pengelolaan laporan keuangan. Modul ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan praktis yang mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna, terutama bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki kemampuan di bidang teknologi maupun akuntansi, sehingga mampu melaksanakan fungsi pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan persediaan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara mandiri. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah metode pengembangan sistem berbasis perangkat lunak yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain antarmuka, pengkodean, serta penyusunan modul penggunaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi NIJY adalah PHP, dengan bantuan database MySQL, serta teknologi frontend seperti HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, dan jQuery. Hasil pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi NIJY dapat mempercepat proses pencatatan transaksi dan pelaporan keuangan secara real-time, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam mengawasi persediaan barang. Modul yang dirancang mampu menjelaskan setiap fungsi aplikasi secara detail, sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat mengoperasikan sistem dengan efektif. | ||||||
