Abstract
The pupose of this research was to analyze and assess the influence of customer focus, quality obsession, and teamwork on service quality at HokBen Restaurant in Cilegon. The type of this research is quantitative. The population consists of customers of HokBen Restaurant Cilegon. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method is questionnare. The analytical methods used include multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²) test, and t-test. The results showed that partially the customer focus does influence significantly on the service quality. Partially, quality obsession does influence significantly on the service quality. In contrast, teamwork does not influence significantly on the service quality.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh fokus pada pelanggan, obsesi pada kualitas dan kerjasama tim terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Restoran HokBen Cilegon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Restoran HokBen Cilegon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel purposive sampling dengan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji regresi linier berganda, uji R2, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial fokus pada pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Secara parsial obsesi pada kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Secara parsial kerjasama tim tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. | |||||||||
