Abstract
In the context of contemporary business, competition no longer occurs between individual organizations, but rather between entire supply chains. However, in practice, not all businesses are able to achieve optimal supply chain performance — including rice shops. This study aims to examine how information sharing can contribute to improving supply chain performance, with trust serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on 77 rice shops located in Tangerang Regency using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. The criteria included rice shops that have been operating for at least one year, and owners or managers who have been managing the shop for at least one year. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that: (1) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance; (2) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on trust; (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance; and (4) Trust mediates the effect of information sharing on supply chain performance.

| Additional Information: | Dalam ruang lingkup bisnis kontemporer, persaingan bukanlah antar organisasi melainkan antar rantai pasokan. Namun pada praktiknya, nyatanya tidak semua bisnis mampu mencapai kinerja rantai pasok yang optimal, tak terkecuali toko-toko beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana berbagi informasi mampu mendorong dalam peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 77 toko beras yang berada di Kabupaten Tangerang dengan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling, adapun kriteria berupa toko yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun dan pemilik, pengelola, serta pemilik atau pengelola yang telah mengelola tokonya minimal satu tahun. Pendekatan yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. (2) Berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan. (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. (4) Kepercayaan berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. | |||||||||
