Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety Health (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 87 employees of PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. The sample used in this study is the entire population in the study using census sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that occupational safety health (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), occupational safety health (X1) has a positive and significant on job satisfaction (Z), work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z), job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), job satisfaction (Z) can mediate the relationship between occupational health safety (X1) and employee performance (Y), job satisfaction (Z) can mediate the relationship between the work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y).

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kunatitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 orang karyawan PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi pada penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z), lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z), kepuasan kerja (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), kepuasan kerja (Z) dapat memediasi hubungan antara kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), kepuasan kerja (Z) dapat memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). | |||||||||
